Welcome T-SUPREMA to the Trützschler Nonwovens Technical Center!

What a great cooperation, what a new opportunity, what a change!

Together with its Italian partner Texnology, Trützschler Nonwovens is rebuilding the Nonwovens Customer and Technical Center (NCTC) in Egelsbach, Germany, in order to install a T-SUPREMA needle-punching line.

They started on Monday morning, September 25, 2023, and 30 hours later the pre-needler and the felt drafter were at their respective positions. Another 7 hours later, the second needle loom was installed. Meaning: Soon, the NCTC will offer a combined spunlacing and through-air bonding line with various web forming capabilities and a crosslapping/needle-punching line with industrial working width.

There is more to come – and we will be happy to keep you updated.
