Harald Schoepp, General Manager Truetzschler Textile Machinery Shanghai, shares some insights about our Chinese location:
“When we established our subsidiary in China in 2001 Truetzschler had already set benchmarks in the textile machinery industry and in spinning preparation […]. In 2006, we started the business with carding machines and extended very fast! Especially the models TC 5 and TC 10 proved to be a great success. Today, we have delivered more than 6.500 cards from China into the market. We have further become a market leader in combing with more than nearly 500 draw frame heads per year.
Six years ago, we decided to expand our portfolio by the field of Nonwovens in order to enter this booming market. At the beginning, we only supplied components, and now our customers can get everything directly from Shanghai – complete, customer-tailored installations including our service and know-how.”
